The Twinzer was invented by Will Jobson in the late 80’s. Will Jobson used to shape out of my shop some of the time and we had great conversions about the Twinzer. The way I describe the Twinzer is it’s between a twin fin and a thruster, you get the loosness of a twin fin and you get the drive off the bottom of a thruster! I personally ride the Twinzer and have been since the mid 90’s in all my boards, from short boards to tow boards and everything in between! The Twinzer will outperform a quad fin because they do not lose their drive in the flats or in your turns like a quad does.
